Recover passwords from Thunderbird If you have had Thunderbird remember passwords for your email accounts, there is a handy way you can get it tell you what they are at a later date. To do this, just follow these steps: 1) Go to the Options dialog: You should now see the main Thunderbird Options page: Click the Security button at the top, then the passwords tab below, and finally the Saved Passwords button. You will see a list of all the accounts it has remembered passwords for. You can use the search box at the top to help you find the right one if the list is long. Right click on the line of interest and select "copy password" to copy the password into the paste buffer, or click the Show passwords button to display all the passwords on screen. |
